ADD cooking
I received this email from the steep and cheap people today and I was very happy to learn that there are others out there just like me. (steep and cheap is an awesome website that actions off different outdoor equipment every day and when you subscribe to their emails not only do you get a summary of what is to be sold the next day but you also receive a usually funny little note from the steep and cheap guy). this is what he had to say today: "I don't ever consider the possibility that I have ADD except when I try to make hardboiled eggs. I'll put a pot on with water and eggs, then go sit at my computer. A bit later I'll smell something horrible and run into the kitchen to find a pot of boiled-off water and a bunch of scorched eggs. My friend Rob was the same way with, well, everything. For years he maintained that he would only eat burnt pizza, but one day he came clean. It's not that he likes blackened cheese, it was the ADD cooking."
to Rob and the steep and cheap guy...you are not alone, me too!

Its freezing cold, but this time I like it
So after a week of turning the furnace up,
daily apple cider,
and running as quick as I can inside from the car.
I finally got the chance to enjoy the cold yesterday.
:)
WE WENT SNOWBOARDING
FINALLY
YAY!
I have found in the past two winters of being married and poor
that winter really sucks if you only get to drive and work in it
winter is astoundingly more enjoyable when in is played in.
So we went to powder mountain yesterday.
Karly and Breanne treated Ryan for a late birthday present
and although the sky was dark and foreboding
the day turned out wonderful!
Powder Mountain lived true to its name.
Powder everywhere!
the tickets weren't insanely priced
and much to Ryan's enjoyment
they even had a park

Oh the humanity!
The life of the wealthy has always boggled my mind. The other day after aimlessly wandering the internet I ran across this lovely item. I think everyone should view this with their own eyes to believe it. My question now is who is going to show it off to their friends?

Working hard
So I will admit that I will be suprised if this blogging thing is something I actually start to do. But for now its giving me a way to pass the time between 4 and 6 am at work.
I really dont like how I put a disclaimer on everything I do. Blah!
Soooo the thought at hand in my mind tonight is a dream that I had today. I was so vividly interacting with a friend of mine that I still think this really happened. I honestly believe that if I went up to him and explained my dream that he would vaguely remember it happening as well. Ive kind of always thought this way. That if we reach a certain state of unconciousness that we are all connected on some level. The average human being is speculated to use less that 10% of their brain's capacity, so the possiblities of what the mind is capable of are quite literally unfathomable for our minds to comprehend. Which perhaps proves my point that if in a deep enough unconcious state we are actually connected to everyone else as if we were wide awake, and them in turn to us. The explanation for deja vu perhaps? Or perhaps we are communicating telepathically but do not realize this, because the world is so cluttered and busied about with meaningless nonsense to keep our brains occupied with not advancing themselves or honing or realizing this particular ability. Animals do this and we are animals ourselves so why do thoughts such as this get labeled as far fetched?
